We checked in with Reni and Aziz. They were very friendly and helpful. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by the bellman and given a welcoming drink. The room was nice and had a view of the mountains. It was very comfortable. Surprisingly, there were animals, so the kids were very happy. We saw guinea pigs, rabbits, and horses. If I return to Dieng, I will definitely stay at Horison Resort Dieng.

The security guard who was in charge on the afternoon of May 4th was kind, friendly, and provided excellent service. Thank you for your help. The front desk staff who were in charge on the afternoon of May 4th were friendly and provided very complete information. I was in room 123, the room was clean, the hot water worked well, and the complete breakfast was delicious. Ms. Reni at the front desk and Mr. Samuel at the front desk thank you for your excellent service. Those who came to Dieng to explore nature ended up staying at the hotel, satisfied with the service and facilities of Horison Resort Dieng.

The environment is clean, close to the surau, Indomaret and many choices of restaurants. If you want to hang out at the hotel, you can also eat fried cassava and fried banana cheese, which are delicious.
