It's actually comfortable, but the crowds and the limited swimming options are limited. Hehe, but overall, it's pretty good. The building is well-maintained, although it looks old (especially the bathrooms). The service is good, though.

We were assigned room 2234 on the second floor, and it seemed quite comfortable. However, upon sitting in bed, I was a bit surprised by the weak and noisy springs of the mattress, the blankets with black mold-like stains, and the creaking bed frame. We entered the bathroom, which was quite clean, but there were still some unsightly black mold stains on the shower wall. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable, especially with the friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for hosting us during your stay.

Our first stay at Lorin Syariah was on May 2nd. Our child's sandals went missing from the pool area, and my child's pillow went missing from the lobby. All the staff we asked for help simply wrote down the room number, without providing any information about whether it was found or not until we checked out. It's unfortunate that a hotel as big as Lorin can't handle customer complaints properly.

Many improvements have been made. The check-in process is easier and faster, there is a dispenser on each floor so it reduces my expenses for buying mineral water, I complained because the room did not have a mini fridge and it was immediately sent, complained about the kettle for boiling water being dead and it was immediately replaced with a new one, requested a room cleaning and it was immediately cleaned. One note I have, hopefully the food will be more varied in the future because for me who stayed more than 1 day, but again met with the same menu is a bit boring. But outside of that it is okay and very satisfied with the service. TOP, strategic location, near the toll gate, near food stalls, and close to Sentul tourist locations.

For a budget hotel, this hotel is excellent and comfortable for a family staycation. The facilities are quite complete, especially the swimming pool area, which offers a variety of options for both adults and children. The kids also love it because it has a splash pad that makes playing in the water even more fun. The food is standard, delicious, and the menu is quite varied, although not too extensive. The evening atmosphere is also lively with live music, which provides interesting entertainment, especially for mothers on a family staycation, making it more enjoyable and less boring. However, the children's play area needs more attention, as it looks a bit neglected and there are still few toys. If the playground area is improved and additional facilities are added, the family stay experience will definitely be even more optimal.

Android TV, access to Netflix and a large swimming pool are a plus.

The restaurant staff was slow and the food stock was not served quickly. Between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd sessions, we had to wait a while for it to be refilled.

I came here during the holidays, and there was a long check-in line. It was too crowded. The room was infested with termites, so it was a bit dirty.

Highly recommended for a family vacation. There's a swimming pool and all-you-can-eat breakfast. It's absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely come back here again next time I'm on vacation.

The location is quiet. The swimming facilities are okay. However, as soon as you enter the room, there is rain seepage. The blanket is thin. There are enough pillows. There are enough lighting and electrical outlets. Soap and shampoo are in one place. The restaurant has limited dining space. The food runs out quickly. The wait is quite long. The staff cleans the tables a little... Sorry, but I won't be back again.

We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and thankfully our son was happy because he could swim and enjoy all the facilities provided by the hotel.

Overall enough, but improve the cleanliness of the room.

I was very satisfied with the facilities and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion for breakfast is that the side dishes aren't very extensive. They only served snapper, and not everyone enjoys fish. But otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Everything is really good, the food also has a lot of flavor choices, the room is okay but the toilet could be tidier because it smells maybe from the drain.
