I visit Muara Enim at least twice a year for projects there. I always stay at Melio. In 2026, this will be my first visit before returning in the second semester. This time, I have to attend the inauguration of the gallery and the MSME cooperative we foster, which are based in Muara Enim. Amidst these busy events, I naturally need a comfortable place to rest. And, in my opinion, Melio is the place.

The hotel's automatic lock was broken, and they waited an hour for repairs and waited in the heat, even though the room was in a scenic spot near the pool. It was replaced with a room with a bad view. After waiting a long time for repairs and the heat, they replaced the room with a bad spot and the same specifications. Instead of an apology, they replaced it with a different one that seemed worse.

The breakfast facilities are strange, how come children get free breakfast based on their height below 100cm, while my child is 4 years old but his height is already more than 100cm so he has to pay again for the price of 1 adult
