When I entered the room, there were cockroaches. I mentioned it to the hotel staff, but they came in without a single word of apology, just sprayed insecticide, and left. In the evening, there were people drinking and making noise in the garden until midnight, but the hotel did not stop them at all. The seawater is murky and the waves are strong, so it doesn't seem to have any major advantages.

I booked two rooms very early, about a month and a half before my stay, and specifically requested two adjacent rooms. However, upon check-in, the hotel gave me two adjacent rooms separated by a wall. I called to request a change so that the two rooms would have doors right next to each other, but the receptionist just mumbled something and didn't answer. After more than 10 minutes with no response, I had to move in. The surrounding resort landscape wasn't beautiful; it looked dilapidated. The kid zone was tiny and had nothing for children to play in. The archery and cycling activities all required a fee to use. Overall, it was worse than other resorts. Breakfast was okay. The room cleaning was poor; there was a lot of hair on the sofa. They cleaned the room without asking for permission beforehand, and they cleaned it superficially while I was having breakfast.

Emerald Resort Ho Tram is truly an ideal vacation destination! The lush green grounds and beautiful, long stretch of beach are stunning. The rooms are spacious, equipped with modern amenities, and offer incredibly impressive sea views. The staff are enthusiastic, attentive, and always ready to assist. The breakfast is abundant, varied, and delicious. I will definitely return!

The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the beach is beautiful. However, there are very few foot-washing facilities, only one right by the beach. More foot-washing basins should be added to the rooms. The steps leading up to the rooms are not wheelchair-friendly.

The resort was good, beautiful, and comfortable for the holiday price. Our bungalow was a garden-view bungalow overlooking the pool and the sea. The breakfast was varied with many options. The resort's policy was check-in at 3 PM, but they helped us check in early at 1:30 PM, which was a plus. The electric buggy service was very flexible, available day and night; there was almost always a buggy waiting for us. The only downside was that while many resorts have receptionists who provide information about services and activities, the receptionist at Emerald Resort only directed us to the buggy to get back to our room and didn't offer any further information. I had to ask for clarification before they answered.

The breakfast selection is limited, and the drinks counter is disappointing.

Our group included elderly parents and two young children, but everyone was satisfied with the service and atmosphere here. The beach is spacious, the sand is fine and clean, and in the evening it's quiet with few lights, allowing you to even see the stars.

Located just 15 minutes from Phuoc Buu town center and 10 minutes from Ho Tram pedestrian street, the resort is very convenient for short getaways with many outstanding activities such as kayaking and pedal boating. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and varied. However, the 1.6m deep swimming pool is inconvenient for Vietnamese people and children who already know how to swim, as it's difficult for parents to supervise their children. The children's pool is small and lacks toys like slides. Services such as archery, boating, pedal boats, and bicycles require an additional fee. These services shouldn't be charged extra to guests. I've never seen guests charge extra for these services at other resorts where they were free.

Everything was great except for the smell of the toilet. I hope the hotel will take note of the sewage smell coming from the toilet.

The grounds are spacious and offer a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, cycling paths, and archery. There's even a lake for stand-up paddleboarding. The view from the rooms to the sea is quite far, and the beautiful beach is right next to a viewing bridge, so it's quite close to walk there.

The private beach is very quiet, the rooms are clean, and the staff are enthusiastic. The only downside is that the food is only decent, not outstanding!

I recently stayed at this resort and would like to share some feedback. When we checked in, the room was very hot. I believe the resort should prepare the room in advance, especially by turning on the air conditioning before guests arrive to ensure a comfortable welcome. In addition, the shampoo and shower gel quality was quite poor and felt more like standard hotel amenities rather than what you would expect from a resort. The shower gel bottle was also difficult to use, it would not pump properly even when pressed very hard, which was quite inconvenient. I hope the management can improve these points to enhance the guest experience in the future.

The beach is wide, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are lovely – truly a 10 out of 10, nothing to complain about. The restaurant has reasonably priced food, so my family had lunch and dinner there. We will definitely come back soon to support them.

Our first experience at Emerald Ho Tram truly left a wonderful impression on our small family. From the attitude and manner of the security guards, receptionists, baggage handlers, restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff, smiles and hospitality were always present. It was a gentle, comfortable, and incredibly friendly atmosphere. This is perhaps what our family appreciates most, almost absolutely. We've stayed in many 5-star hotels and luxury resorts in various locations, but very few have been like Emerald. This is crucial and essential for retaining customers in today's service industry. In addition, the delicious food, the clean environment, and the overall experience have made Emerald a top choice for our family to return to! My room was 60m2 but felt cramped. There was no full-length mirror, the water bottles were tiny and I had to buy extra, the air conditioning system was noisy, turning it up made it too hot, turning it down caused a draft that made me sick, and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were stuck to the wall and wouldn't come off no matter how many times I pressed them. I went on the 5th day of Tet (Lunar New Year), and I don't know if it was because it was crowded and they didn't have time to clean, but the common areas weren't clean. Breakfast was okay. In the evening, they had a pretty good seafood platter.

Excellent, we really enjoyed our stay.
