The location is good, near Sun Plaza, city center area, lots of cafes and restaurant. The bed has heater so you can sleep comfortably. Valued for price hotel.

Near public area, 1st experience came to Hanoi. This hotel is recommended.

At first, when I read the review, I saw many comments saying that the staff's attitude was not good, and there were also complaints about the hotel. But when I arrived, I found the staff very okay, the staff gave enthusiastic instructions (it's true that each person has a different experience through their own perspective). The rooms are clean and tidy, with a light cinnamon scent, the location is right near the stone church, near the center, very convenient for traveling.

Everything is OK except the hotel owner is not very friendly. Hope to improve.

Good location, near the center, convenient for going out and eating. However, the breakfast is really disappointing compared to the room price. The receptionist is not friendly or cheerful with guests. The cleaning staff is very nice.

So in love with this hotels, surprisingly only 5min walk to Sapa Station.. the place so strategic.. Meet “Nga” she is so adorable, very kind and helpful.. i’m stay here 3D2N and was awesome

Located in prime area (5mins to sapa station by walk), we had Amazing experience stay during trip to Sapa in a winter season. the room was clean and the ambience take me back to 80's era. The staff named Nga Bii was very helpful and cheerful 😁. arguably this hotel are the most worth in every penny. the one thing that should be improved are the breakfast, make it variative and moslem friendly. 😁

The hotel location is very strategic which is close to the central of sapa. Hotel staff also very kind & helpful, they even have motorcycle rental there. Recommend

location in the middle of the city. Staff, Hui is very helpful and accommodating to needs. Breakfast is ordinary and not varied, maybe because of Tèt. The input is maybe the quality of the mattress can be upgraded again. Overall the location is very good and strategic.

The room is beautiful, clean and smells of cinnamon. The first time I came here, the staff were very enthusiastic, always asking and praising the center. Next time I will support The Cate again. Everyone can refer to it here.

The receptionist is friendly, can speak a little English, but knows what we mean, and is helpful, the room equipment is quite complete, breakfast is sufficient, there is a heater in the room, close to tourist attractions, easy to find food
