I successfully booked a room through the app and transferred all the money, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that my reservation had been canceled, but did not notify me before I booked. Arriving at the hotel, the employee then asked me to wait to confirm the room, and temporarily gave me an empty room from the previous guest. This room is poorly cleaned, the old bed sheets look like they haven't been changed, the towels still have blood stains from previous guests, and there's no toothpaste or hand soap. The breakfast food is quite bad, the beef noodle soup is boiled from beef and then seasoned with spices but has no taste at all, the food is normal, the trip experience is quite bad and very bad.
