I rented on web for 1 night. Room rented had no air Con and shared bathroom. So I decided to upgrade to a room with air Con and private bathroom for 500 pesos more. Rom is big. Brand new. Air con contrary to many hotels in Phillipines is quite efficient. Since itis what you call a ' soft openeing ' of hotel. I understood there is no food service available. Yet. Close to terminal 3. Keep price the same and you will get many travellers staying there. Ifi go to Manila again this year I will rent again for a few weeks. You should impliment a monthly fee.
