The place is nice, the service is fast and it is close to the destination.

The staff and security guards are all friendly, in front of the hotel there is Richeese and McD so it's easy to find food.

The AC is cold, the water refills are good, and the hot water works. It's a shame the TV doesn't have Netflix. Maybe next time, you could upgrade to a room that's comfortable and clean for that price.

An interesting place to stop/transit. I stopped by here yesterday to stay overnight just to enjoy the chicken soup that night.

The facilities are minimal: you have to get your own drinking water from the public dispenser, you have to buy hotel slippers, and there's no telephone in the room. My family room had a refrigerator, water heater, and coffee, tea, and sugar sachets. There's enough parking for about 10 cars.

The bed wasn't clean. There were specks of dirt on it... The sound of the faucet running from the next room was incredibly loud.

Overall it was ok and I liked staying here, but I felt there was a difference from other hotels, in the room they only provided one coffee and one tea, while the rooms are generally provided for two people. In my opinion, this seems very calculating in providing facilities.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at Queen Boutique Hotel Simpang Lima. The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The service is friendly and hassle-free. For the price, it's well worth it.

The room was clean, the bathroom was quite clean, but on the first day the floor was a bit slippery because it probably hadn't been scrubbed... it needs to be scrubbed more often to prevent crusting because over time it will look dirty and be more difficult to maintain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water was flowing smoothly, the AC was cold. The atmosphere was minimalist and aesthetic... it's cool for a budget hotel. We were satisfied and God willing, we will come back again. Please maintain the cleanliness.

Overall, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They were quite helpful with any questions. However, the food options around the hotel are limited. Although there is one fast food restaurant and another soon to be added, the food choices around the hotel are limited. Perhaps the hotel could add additional food options, even though there is already a ready-meal menu. Perhaps the security team could be a little friendlier and more responsive to help, especially if guests are carrying a lot of luggage.

The hotel is clean, the service is very friendly, they immediately helped me carry my suitcase.
