Airport transport not working as promised, we book twice, give room number and so on and we were in lobby 10 min. before time, but transport already left and we didn't get any information, reception only told that driver didn't wait, so we get gocar. A good hotel for a location near the airport. The room is comfortable, large and I like the balcony! Too bad there aren't many shops / facilities open nearby. The food service is good, although not that many choices but the dinner and breakfast are delicious. The restaurant staff are also friendly and helpful. The only downside is the communication between the receptionist and the bellman. I waited about half an hour for the luggage lift service, so I had to go down to the lobby myself after calling twice. Maybe it's a lack of staff, but when checking in I also waited a very long time because only one receptionist was handling the reservation (even though it was an online booking with full payment). Hopefully the service will improve in the future, otherwise, guests may be reluctant to return even though the room is very comfortable.
