Good hotel

Best hotel to stay for your vacation. Comfortable, good communication skills and friendly.

Receptionist was rude at times. Guest had to pay additional surcharge to have the rooms cleaned and rooms were very small

You won't be able to sleep well, the walls are paper thin. You can hear people hitting their digital passcode to get in their rooms, five Doors Down from your own room. You'll never be able to actually sleep here.

I would extend to stay longer at this location, as aspects of the place are good, but I'm not going to. After several days here the noise is just unbearable. The walls are too thin. One can hear every single thing from rooms even very far away from your own, all through the night. Slept horribly.

The staff were incredibly rude and the accommodations were very low standards.

The hotel could not even give me a room key. Every day they changed the code to my room and I had to submit to face scans daily just to be able to access the front lobby door. After the first day 2 claimed their system didn’t work and I had to wait outside in the rain for several minutes each time just to enter the building.

The housekeeping did not clean my room - at any point. I asked for towels and it took them 2 days to bring them.

The staff was very rude and impolite. The room was so loud I has to use both ear plugs and noise canceling headphones to sleep.

I had a very negative experience. Too many things to specify.

A localização é excelente, pertissimo do metro. O quarto é renovado e estava limpo e organizado. O check in foi feito virtualmente e foi tranquilo. No geral, é um excelente custo benefício. A única melhoria seria em termos do barulho. As janelas são antigas e a noite você escuta tudo da avenida. Mas, eu consegui dormir bem mesmo assim!

Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was the worst I've ever encountered—both the staff and the manager were hostile and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable; it was noisy all night, and I didn't get any sleep at all. The so-called "studio" is a complete scam. We measured it, and it is exactly 2.5 meters by 4.5 meters, to the millimeter, which IS including the shower and the corridor from the door. This matchbox-sized ridiculous room ("STUDIO APARTMENT"???????) leaves hardly any space to move around. There's only one chair, and the "kitchen" consists of a single electric heater. We felt suffocated and cramped the entire time. Booking this place for two weeks in advance was the biggest mistake we've ever made. It was a miserable experience, and we will never even contemplate visiting this awful place again. Avoid at all costs!

The location was really good, but the noise all day and night was terrible for rest… my kids couldn’t sleep well…

small room in a good area, No closet for your clothes, so take care, also no safe box but in general the place in nice and good for short stays
