Staff was great! Communication was awesome. Some hiccups with the property but thats happens after years on a beach with salt water. Views are amazing. Location was close to the airport. Love the private beach. Walk to Da Conch Shack. Accessibility is amazing. They provide snorkel gear/paddle board. Overall good experience. Def recommend.

Dream Villas Provo was incredible. The water is literally right outside your door, and everything inside—from the bedding to the bathrooms—was really well done and comfortable (and I’m pretty picky about that kind of thing, and as a pillow princess, there were six amazing pillows in our studio! It’s not a big resort, which is actually what makes it so special. You get peace, quiet, and wildlife all around you, but you’re still close to anything you might want—just a short walk to the Conch Shack or Mary’s on the Beach, and only about 15–20 minutes from Grace Bay, grocery stores, and restaurants. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the paddle boards and overall just amazing views. Jono, our host, was fantastic. He was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for dive shops and places to eat, and even let us have a late checkout, which was such a gift. This place really is its own little slice of paradise.

Most incredible views! Our bed faced the ocean so we were able to wake up every morning with a breathtaking view. Beach was almost like our own private area. Chairs included, paddle board and awesome pool. Jono was so welcoming and extremely helpful. Any questions or concerns he answered immediately. This stay has made our first time trip to TCI so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Johnathan was very accommodating with our request to be in same villas as our family members that joined us to celebrate my 50th bday! Beds were very comfortable and atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Conch Shack is a short walk down the beach and very good!

This property is just what you need when you want some quiet time away, the house has all the basics you need to enjoy your stay. We had the upper floor with private pool which made for an amazing view. Close to restaurants and grocery store, Jono and Coco were super helpful for our stay. A special shot out to Coco for the late night towel delivery and car jump start. Will return again

This property was an amazing pick for my birthday trip. Secluded from the main areas which gives a private peace of mind yet still close to the main attractions. My husband and I loved it !

The Dream Villas in provo offered a great 4 night stay. The staff at the villa were easy to get ahold of to set up our trip and went out of there way to make last minute updates to our trip. They checked in regularly to make sure our trip was going smoothly. Surrounding properties respected your space with no issues. The villa offers very clean and modern amentities

We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.

Jonathan was the best property manager. Catered to all needs in a efficient timely matter.

Spectacular view. Great property managers. We didn't want to leave. A few restaurants are walkable. Everything on the island is within a short drive. I would recommend renting a car though.

The two bedroom villa we stayed at was clean and nice to have the beach right outside our door. Unfortunately the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t lock. I expressed my concern to management and Justine said it would be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. I reached out again and she said there is limited workers on the island that can fix it. When I told her I was uncomfortable having my family stay there with a door that doesn’t lock in this area, she stopped answering me all together. Martin took two days to get back to me and said the area was safe and we should be fine with a property that doesn’t lock. Both sliding glass doors leaked a lot when it rained and we needed to use towels to prevent flooding. I think this property has a lot of potential but needs new doors, and much better communication with management.

We had a great time. The property is quiet, very spacious, well appointed with a private beach. The staff is great, very polite and friendly. The manager Martin is very attentive and ensures that the guests are well taken care of. Communication was great. Highly recommended.
