Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel. Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, Spotless room. Would absolutely stay here again. I wouldn’t change a thing. Easy parking, good location.

Very nice service, very welcoming

The Hotel was top class - I travel frequently with Business and this Hotel is excellent by any standards. The hotel was in a beautiful area and the Hotel itself was very well kept both inside and outside. The exterior of the Hotel is a very pretty typical southern German design. There was free bicycles available and I would highly recommend cycling up the valley towards Mooskopf Turm.

Very beautiful hotel, just like in a big garden. Breakfast was super. We didn't get a chance to have dinner there, we were told they closed Monday, but in reality they did open for reservation, not sure why told us closed. Our room was right under their dining room and was very noisy till after midnight. Hotel staff were cleaning till very late, that was a very bad part.

Before the trip, I hesitate to book there because of the price more expensive than other places (but still reasonable). At arrival, completely in love with the beauty of the area and the decoration, typically German. Check-in and welcome where fine, especially with the owner who restarted some services specially for us. Great building, easy access, very nice decoration (still German style with wood). Rooms very well disposed with many styles available. Very nice decorated with comfort and modernity, very clean, all the services available. The only negative point? A very big one : The time. The time runs too fast when you go there so some days (or weeks) should be nice.

The hotel was beautifully lit for Christmas. We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room and excellent service. A real treat to stay at during the Christmas season.

Third visit to Rebstock and this one better than ever.

There was a heatwave (upper 80s, low 90s) and the hotel doesn't have any air conditioning or provides any in-room standalone fans. This meant that the room was very hot and thus it was hard to sleep. This took away from the overall experience which was very good aside from that.

L'accueil souriant, mais par la suite le personnel ne l'est pas, ce qui est décevant. Au restaurant, les tables sont attribuées à l'avance par le personnel, et dans les faits les personnes seules sont placées à des tables peu agréables, dans des zones de passage ou près du buffet. La chambre 604 est grande et belle et très calme, mais la salle de bain est petite. Le grand lit est constitué de 2 petits matelas, la jonction entre ces deux-ci rend le lit peu confortable. La bouteille d'eau minérale est appréciée. Le téléviseur ne reçoit aucune chaîne francophone, ce qui est étrange compte tenu de la proximité avec la France. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Erster Aufenthalt im Rebstock aber sicher nicht der letzte ! Wir waren begeistert. Ein besonderes lob von hier aus noch einmal an das Bedienungspersonal. Vielen Dank wir sehen uns wieder !!!!!

O local parece saído de um conto de fadas. Flores de todos os matizes, fontes, lagos e um café da manhã delicioso!!! Recomendo fortemente!
