Excellent stay good breakfast large rooms free parking close to Europa park

Staff were helpful. Room great size. No where to hang clothes but didn’t affect our stay as we had planned to live out of the suitcases anyway. Breakfast had wide variety, sausages, bacon eggs, croissants and other danishes plus cold meats, bread rolls; cereals and yogurt and fruit. Check in was easy and quick. Peaceful stay and only 15mins via car from Europa Park. Also had a really good restaurant (Glas Hause or similar) next door which we and our 2 kids enjoyed a meal at on our 1st night. Would recommend this to families visiting the area.

Really good hotel. Very accommodating of us being non-German speakers and travelling with a dog. They allowed us to sit with our dog at a table in the foyer, next to the dining room (where dogs are not allowed). There is a great restaurant (Jackys Glashaus) next door, which we enjoyed - this was dog and child friendly.

Nice hotel, clean , good breakfast

The parking lot is small but you dont have to pay for parking. The family room was very nice and the breakfast was far better than expected.

Very nice hotel for Europa Park visit! The suite is very spacious with smart beds placement. Recommended for a one night stop in the area.

It was an amazing stay for three nights inclusive breakfast parking is free wow. I find the price cheap for having free breakfast and parking all inclusive. I myself work in hotel and i know how expsive everything now is. We had a great stay amazing place not crowded if you love to drive around schwarwald or going to europa park and rulantica for a budget it is a great Hotel friendly staff and good selection breakfast. Rooms are big enough we had family room with a bunk bed for two kids they enjoyed the stay too. I recommend!

Great location for visiting Europa-Park and the Black Forest. There is a lovely restaurant next door and a beautiful town 10-15 min walk away with a few more lovely restaurants and taverns. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt gepasst. ​Was uns besonders gefallen hat: ​Zimmer & Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Als besonderes Highlight wurde uns beim Check-in sogar kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon angeboten – eine tolle Geste! ​Service: Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. ​Komfort: Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und das kostenlose WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, was die Anreise sehr entspannt macht. ​Verpflegung: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und bot eine super Auswahl. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! ​Lage: Die Lage ist unschlagbar, wenn man den Europa-Park oder Rulantica besuchen möchte – man ist in kürzester Zeit dort. ​Fazit: Es gibt von unserer Seite absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Viele Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr geräumiges Zimmer und super Auswahl inkl guter Qualität der Esswaren beim Frühstück

É um hotel super confortável, com quarto e banheiro grande. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Atende muito bem que vai ao Europa-park (15min de carro). Ele fica próximo a supermecados e da rodovia. Só não gostei de geladeira que eles oferecem gratuitamente sob demanda: É na verdade um cooler portátil com um sistema de refrigeração... Praticamente só mantem as coisas frias, mas não consegue esfria-las. E faz muito barulho. Eu tinha um benefício de uma bebida grátis pelo status do hoteis.com, o funcionário da recepção sabia disso, mas não soube como proceder para me entregar e ficou enrolando. Com certeza recomendo o hotel, esses por menores não afetaram a experiência geral.

Frühstück hervorragend. Auch sehr viele Plätze frei. Kein Problem. Zimmer sauber und groß.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Konstenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Wir würden wieder kommen.
