Overall a wonderful stay. Very quite, nice rooms and good service. The restaurant on site was excellent, but needs reservations. It was even on a Monday evening full. My only complaint, there showers could need an upgrade. We will stay there again. Fair warning, to stay there, it is best to have a car.

Great hotel in a very nice remote are

Rooms do not have AC! We stayed for a week and the sheets were not replaced till after the 5th night and after my wife told them. They left us without soap in the shower for two days… Trash bins were not emptied on a daily basis :-( Hotel is nice and conveniently located to the Hockenheimring, but too expensive for what it offers.

There was really nothing to complain about. The hotel is nice and quiet so you can get a good nights sleep. Do have a look around the lake,it is a pleasant walk. If you have a car and understand the German traffic rules and regulations you should be alright. If you are using the bus service don't get off at the first stop in Ketsch, it makes for a bit of a walk. You really need to get off the bus at the end of Karlsruher Strasse. I'm afraid I can't comment on things like Wifi as I didn't take any electronic devices with me apart from a camera. Interesting photographic opportunities if you are into landscape photography. All told a good place to stay.

Stay was very nice, weak internet in the room, but otherwise, lovely

Overall excellent. Beds & pillows are not so comfortable and the menu was only in German...but the hotel is in Germany. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and prices were reasonable. The nearby restaurant on the lake is an odd place, but the food there was superb and again the prices are very fair.

Clean and very nice hotel. Restaurant food is amazing. Would definitely book again.

Nice hotel with pond in country

Ketsch is not a big town, but is very close to many attractions: Speyer, Hockenheim, and Schwetzingen. This is a very nice hotel away from all the typical tourist traffic. It has a 1-Star Michelin restaurant which is very very good - a real treat.

Our first family trip to Germany. Wonderful!! We were there for the Formula Student competition, held in Hockenheim. We all loved the Hotel and location and how quiet it was. It was peaceful and relaxing, and accomidating. The breakfast was excellent and up scale. Would defenitly recommend it and would absolutely stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English which was a plus. Very Enjoyable!!!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit vorzüglichem Essen und hervorragendem Service

Sehr nice!!

Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, schönes Ambiente, köstliches liebevoll zubereitetes und präsentiertes Frühstücksbuffet, aufgrund Lage im Grünen nahe Angelteich im Hotelzimmer gratis "Zwitscherbox" im Zimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster. Kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic restaurant

Super ruhig gelegen. Nettes Personal und hilfreich. Leider nur 1 Kissen pro Person und etwas klein, dafür Daunen.

We took the superior room. Restaurant closed sunday. Toilet is seperated from the rest of the room with a glass door. Not quite romantic. Quite a few visual construction floors, primarily in the bath/toilet area. Staff was confused about the payment, since i already entered Card details via booking with hotels.com, they wanted card details in the reception as well. Staff was very nice, area nice and quiet, good smell and well decorated common areas.

Gute Taxi Verbindungen zum Hockenheim Ring

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt. Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
