This is a budget hotel so we did not expect a lot but a little TLC could make this a lot more comfortable.

I was waiting to get out of there. Unclean room, leaking toilet, cockroaches everywhere, it wasn't good at all. The towels left for us were wet. Overall I couldn't stand the room.

You get what you pay for. For the low price not too bad. But bed coverings are not so white and the noise from the street keeps you up late. More like a hostel than a hotel.

The hotel advertised soundproof rooms and blackout curtains but in reality had neither. The room was saturated with street noise, was not very clean and doesn't look like it has been very well maintained since the hotel was built. The staff were friendly enough and the location was close to some key sights on the East Bank however for the price you did not really get much value for your money. The wifi did work and the bed was reasonable but I doubt that I would ever stay there again.

The hotel is located very conveniently within walking distance to most historical sites on the east bank. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops too. There's tour booking service and food in the hotel. We walked from train station to hotel (around 20 min) and should be a easy taxi ride if preferred. Free wifi in room with modest speed. Air-con took quite some time to cool the room. We enjoyed our stay. Also check out "cofe shop" around the corner on the other side of the road! The owner was incredibly nice and friendly!
