The hotel is very clean, I stayed 5 nights, all towels and mattresses were changed every day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel recommendations with an affordable price. Thank you The Grand Hotel 2 Sandakan, I will definitely stay here again if there is an event in Sandakan, especially in the southern region
