Music was way too loud in the dining room, even in the morning during breakfast! In room safe and refrigerator were broken and never repaired after multiple requests.

Reception staff need to be more friendly. People on reception were rude wherever we asked something for room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Customer service was bad. No one said hello during breakfast. The kitchen service was delayed every time. The security staff was more concerned about checking than welcoming the guest. The Hotel staff needs tremendous training

The room was nice but not very clean

Staff was really helpfull and with a small baby everyone was accomodating . Specially sudheer and pratiksha in front office and ranvijay and ranjit in housekeeping.
