The area around this hotel is very beautiful and clean. The rooms are quite good, however, the soundproofing isn't very good, the bathroom faucets are difficult to use, and the toilet bowl leaks a bit. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly and lovely.

I like everything here! Room is the same as in the picture. Really recommended if anyone who wants to stay in Dalat but for location its not really near to city centre. For muslim, took 15mins walking distance to Sarah halal restaurant & add another 5mins to night market. For breakfast, note that it don't have any halal opt, but there is bread and quite variety of fruits you can eat. Its the first hotel where I get souvenir upon check out 😄

The stay was superb. The employees are very nice and accommodating. They also have a motorbike rental service at a reasonable price, too. So overall very satisfying. They even gave us a small souvenir gift before we leave. Definitely recommended.

3 inconveniences: - No eating + drinking in the room - No inviting friends from the same hotel to the room (each room is limited to 3 guests maximum) - Quite far from Da Lat market (about 20 minutes walk) + no restaurants or cafes around

The location is not close to the market, 2km from Da Lat market, new hotel, cheerful and enthusiastic staff. The main room door is not soundproofed well, so everyone talking in the hallway can be heard in the room. Although the breakfast menu has few dishes, all are delicious.

Ksan has a convenient location, near the center. Fully furnished rooms. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic to assist. The only minus point is that rooms on the first floor can hear guests on the G floor having breakfast talking or walking in the hallway, the soundproofing is not very good. Besides that, there's nothing to criticize.

The hotel is new and clean, the space is meticulous in every detail. The staff is also polite and gentle. There is a 50% off massage service that is ok but I didn't have time to experience it. When returning to the hotel, there were also gifts. Will return as soon as possible
