Overall, everything was good. The location is strategic, and it's close to the hospital of choice. The only downside is the elevator, which can accommodate three people and is very slow. Otherwise, no complaints.

(+) Friendly staff, can speak English, can leave luggage after check out, clean room, cold AC, right next to a really nice restaurant. (-) The elevator can't fit many people (3 people) and so the wait is long.

Checking in at midnight due to a delayed flight was smooth and fast. Very close to Island Hospital. The room was super clean. Drinking water was available. The hotel staff were all friendly. I've stayed there twice.

Clean room, comfortable bed, strategic location, easy to find food, has a balcony. However, street noise sometimes still comes in. The hot water isn't hot, and the elevator takes a while to get to, but overall it's good.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. I came for treatment at Island Hospital and the location is very close and there is a Welling right next door. There are also 2 cafes below the hotel with delicious food. Suitable for people who are lazy to go anywhere because there are 2 cafes below and the food is very complete. However, if you want to go to the culinary center, you might need to walk a little further, around 500m-1km, but if you just want to go to Island Hospital, it's very suitable. The room is nice, clean and cleaned every day. It's just a bit unfortunate if we drop a little food immediately small ants come. In my opinion, the mattress is also not comfortable because it is a bit soft and sometimes there are small ants on the mattress. Also, there is refillable drinking water on each floor so you can refill it for drinking water. In the room you get 2 coffees and 2 teh tarik every day. The staff is very friendly. Overall, very good, recommended...👍

The hotel is new, clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. There's a cafe and restaurant downstairs. It's very close to Island Hospital, about a 5-minute walk. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel elevator is a bit quirky, but it's slow and only holds three people.

There are 2 places to eat at the hotel, one is non-halal and one is halal. I ate at Onya, which is halal. The access to the island hospital is still close, just 280m. There is a bus stop across the hotel, not far away, great
