I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The first impression of seeing the hotel lobby, it felt comfortable, clean. When entering the room, we were given a room that was in accordance with the request, namely a lake/sea view. The bedroom was clean, only the bathroom was not very clean. The second day, the room did seem to be cleaned, but it turned out that after we lifted the bedcover, the mattress was not cleaned. Only the bedcover was rearranged. Likewise with the glasses, none of them were washed. So guests who stay at this hotel have to wash their own glasses. The first day's breakfast was very sad. We had breakfast at 8, but most of the food was already finished, not added by the hotel. The second day, we were given an a la carte breakfast, on the grounds that the number of hotel guests was small. The thing I didn't like was that the hotel wanted to move us to another hotel on the third day, because they received another group of guests and lacked rooms. Of course I immediately refused, because I had booked 3 nights. It's a shame that the service at this hotel is very lacking, even though the location is very strategic.
