The amenities were the worst I’ve experienced. Yes, the price is cheaper (slightly higher when booked through Expedia), but guests should still be treated with basic dignity. The room was very dirty and it didn’t seem like the bedsheets had been changed. The shower dial in the bathroom was broken, so I chose not to shower during my overnight stay. I barely slept because the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I didn’t feel safe. The staff were somewhat helpful, but I was almost charged an extra $40+ because they didn’t realize I had already paid online through Expedia. If you hate the smell of cigarettes or a dirty room, don’t book here. Find somewhere else to stay.

Toilet not working , tv not working, -21c and holes in the wall by the air conditioner, cold air blowing directly into the room. I stuffed the towels to limit the cold air.

Where do i start , the place is going through renos..but the cleaning service of the room is ….mm not good , name it , think of it ..its dirty Moldy ceiling , electrical hazards …yeah its 50$/night but no thanks

The pictures on Expedia are fake, either Expedia is lying or the hotel is lying by using fake pictures. They do not represent the room. The room was also infested with cockroaches. I wish I could get my money back because I stayed a total of 20 minutes in the room.

Room was clean but not really clean. Towels were stained, bathtub had a distinct rustic ting agains the long lost white porcelain. IF I want a soak after a long trip in the tub I couldn’t as the stopper was MIA. There was clear instructions on how to use the tub handle and what to flush down the toilet. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. The entire motel needs a serious make over but if you are just driving through…and need a cheap place to stay it serves that purpose.

The conditions were completely unacceptable and unsafe. Cockroaches were everywhere, there was visible mold growing along the baseboards, and the overall environment was filthy and unhygienic. This was not a minor cleanliness issue but a serious health concern. The situation made it impossible to rest or feel safe inside the unit. Due to the severity of the conditions, we were forced to leave in the middle of the night. This property should not be rented in this state and clearly fails to meet basic habitability standards.

Building was gross no common area was cleared of ice or snow. Room was disgusting looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. The office area where you check in hand no door knob with a piece of paper taped to it saying call this number for check ins. Took 45 minutes of me standing outside in the cold for someone to open the door. Ontop of all that they had people knocking on my door from 7:30 am till 10 reminding me i needed to check out "now" when check out is at 11. Then at check out they sent a worker up to check my room to tell me they needed to keep some of the coincidental money due to issues. But i always take pictures when i leave that are time stamped so i showed them to the front desk guy and let him figure it out for him self. Finally about 20 minutes later got all my money back and was almost late for my flight. Horrible horrible place to stay!

I was disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival I was notified that there was no hot water in any of the pet friendly rooms due to waiting on partf for their hot water heater. I told them I confirmed 4 days in advance that I'd need a pet friendly room and this was confirmed by the hotel in writing. I decided to stay anyways as I was exhausted and didn't want to search for another per friendly hotel. I had supplies to clean up if any of my dogs had an accident anyways. Upon getting into the room and wiping up a wet spot from snow that fell off one of my bags I noted the floor was dirty when wiped up with paper towels. Someone kept slamming the door to the supply room right beside my room multiple times throughout the evening up until 11pm-12am. Being right by the stairs should not be a pet friendly room. Every time someone came banging up the stairs my dogs started barking and woke me up.

I made a reservation at this establishment for over Christmas, the 25 & 26. I was charge $150 deposit for damages on my credit card, which I had no problem with. It wasn't a preauth it was a formal charge(not my understanding). I had to check out the morning of the 26th due to a family emergency. I was of the mind that they would apply the $90 room charge to the $150 preauth. In fact they charged me $150 for one night when the booking clearly stated a $90 charge. These rooms are barely worth $90/night. Jan 4/26 im still trying to get a reply about my $60
