Staff are overwhelmingly perform task poorly and conduct themselves in unprofessional manner. Property staff are obviously very loud and talkative with regards to the property amazing status. I do wish, the management talk notes. Thank you.

A fabulous new hotel which opened summer 2024. Absolutely wonderful service, rooms very carefully designed, stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Very close to golf course. There is a lot of development in the area - but this cannot be seen or heard from the hotel.

I liked the cleanliness, service, friendliness of staff and quality of food and accommodation. I didn’t like the buffet breakfast especially at the price. Simply too expensive! Room service also brilliant.

The staff were incredible, the food was incredible and the atmosphere and grounds were incredible. During our stay and looking back on the time we spent there I really do not know what could have made it better.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es sind aber die Kleinigkeiten die mir in einem solchen Hotel gefehlt haben. Da war nichts zu reklamieren und dennoch bekam ich in den Restaurants jeweils die falschen Getränke, hatte es den Wein oder das Bier das ich wollte nicht mehr und war das Fleisch zu fett. Einen late check-out von 45min wurde auch abgelehnt. Alles “erste Welt Probleme” aber für den bezahlten Preis dürften diese Dinge nachezu perfekt sein.

Hotel ist neu, schöner grosser Pool. Service beim Frühstück und am Pool noch nicht richtig eingearbeitet. Bestellungen dauern manchmal ewig. Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen begrenzt, verglichen mit anderen 5-Stern Hotels… Lifeguard sm Pool super aufmerksam und hilfsbereit 😘

vraiment extraordinaire !!! endroit idyllique au calme dans un environnement paradisiaque, un personnel au top du top !!! ayant l'habitude de séjourner dans cette catégorie d'hôtel je peu affirmer que c'est un des meilleurs accueil et personnel vraiment gentil et attentionné dans les moindres détails tout en étant discret. vraiment à recommander !!!

Excellent séjour, dans un merveilleux hôtel tout neuf avec un personnel admirable et très très gentil et professionnel. Vue merveilleuse sur l’Atlas enneigé et quasi sur le golf d’Al Maaden. Bravo. On espère revenir vite !!!
