I was absolutely stunned by how wonderful the Hilton Naypyitaw was. the room as fabulously comfortable. The service was really lovely and prompt. The breakfast service was incredible - So much to choose from. The coffee they served was really very delicious. It was seriously worth getting up to go for breakfast. Evening meals were great too, especially the local food. the Bar and Reception staff were really great. They just could not do enough to help you. And those lovely smiles... Always a pleasure. It is a big hotel because of its unique desing... the buildings are spread out in lovely gardens so you dont feel cramped and congested. I really liked the Hilton in Naypyitaw. I will go back and stay there again on my next trip. I have been there four times already.

A five star property set amidst gardens and small lakes. A magnificent, large swimming pool is at the center. Food was excellent in the dining room. Staff were always eager to please. Only problem I had was in trying to reach the hotel by phone and email beforehand to ask some questions-- it took multiple attempts before they finally replied.

Stunning property. Staff were lovely. They were so attentive and professional. Nothing was too much for them. We had issues with mosquitoes in our room so they moved us to another room and also the hot water would run out after only a few minutes which for a Hilton property was quite surprising.

Room was clean, even though my non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Compound was sprawling, as is everything is NPT. Close enough to Capital Hypermart and Junction Centre by car.

Bathroom separated from the bedroom by a glass partition is not a good idea. Otherwise a nice room.

Very nice hotel. Maybe because of not many residents, the pool and sauna are bit deserted. It will be good if there are male masseur.

Best hotel in Nay Pyi Taw even better than Kempinski . I have personally checked both including rooms . Unless you are in the capital for business meetings with the Burmese gov there is absolutely nothing . Hilton Property is quite new and huge making it not practical . Depending where your room is located you might have to walk 10 minutes to reach the lobby or must call for a golf cart . Rooms are amazing and very affordable for Hilton . Breakfast is great . Big swimming pool but empty most of the time . Cannot buy cigarettes anywhere even at the bar . Overall is a nice hotel but not convenient because of it's property size .

This was my first time in the Hilton Nay Pyi Taw. The lobby is very bright and luxurious, the staff professional, friendly and English speaking, and check-in was overall a good experience. The rooms are spread across a few buildings, which are just a few hundred meters from each other. This is quite common in NPT. They have small electric buggies to take you to your building if you do not wish to walk in the heat. This is great to get there, unfortunately the buggies are all parked in front of the lobby, so getting back from your room to the lobby is less smooth. The good: Suite size, cleanliness and comfort. Friendliness of Staff, who speak English. The Decent: Good breakfast, but no maple syrup for pancakes :( . Room service. Price point. To be improved: Suite not air-conditioned when I arrived (takes about 1-2 hours to cool), minor fixtures and fittings needing repair (closet doors, drops falling from the ceiling under the air-conditioning unit), no staff at the building 2 front desk and no buggies stationed there either, Gym a bit small (5 people and it feels crowded). I would return to this hotel as I feel it hits a good price point for the overall quality and service. Maybe the rooms located in the same building as the lobby are used more frequently and thus maintained in better conditions, I'll see next time. The minor issues were no big deal for me so I only mentioned it when I left, I didn’t try to get a new room.
