The app says check-in time is 14.00. I arrived and the guy at the staff room said 16.00 instead. They accept luggage storage near the staff room, but when I returned in the evening to check in, there were no room key and password details sent to my email nor SMS. I had to wait almost 1.5 hrs for them to reply. Very disappointed as they should have known tourists mostly have e-sims with data only, not a phone.
