Friendly Hotel Staff, easy access to Jeruklegi to support work, can stop by Turtle Bay even when it's raining

NOVEMBER 27, 2025, ROOM 211 IF I'M NOT WRONG, I KIND OF FORGOT, THE ROOM LIGHT WAS OFF, BUT OVER ALL OK, FRIENDLY SERVICE.

The bedside table was broken but not fixed, the bedsheet and pillow cover had a few stains, the bed sank. Maybe because it was a superior room, I don't know about the rooms above.

It's pretty good, it's worth paying the price.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room furniture, especially the mattress/foam, is very inadequate... especially since it was previously used by @home... It was already inadequate before, and now it's still being maintained...it's a shame. We'll need to reconsider returning if the conditions remain the same. Thanks.

the place is clean… spacious room, service is fast & responsive, all hotel staff are friendly. Noise especially from nearby trains, including train sounds and music from public areas, can sometimes be heard in the room

Strong shower water, smooth hot water, even the sink has hot water, electric kettle, tea, sugar, mineral water, hotel slippers are available, you can borrow a hair dryer, pillows left behind are stored (you have to call us first) hehehehe. Check in at 10 pm, housekeeping is still helpful and friendly. Thank you ☺
