Is a very good place for visiting, easy access for everywhere

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location for shopping and sightseeing.

Great location. However, there are many spaces to improve the cleanliness and condition of the room, such as many LED light bulbs kept flickering during my stay.

Clean hotel in a walkable area. The only thing was the bed was really uncomfortable and not stable. Every time my partner moved when we were sleeping, it shifted the bed frame/base

Easy check out, very centrically located in colon Avenida. Walking distance to major landmarks.

Good location though the room is a bit small and more for business traveller more suitable for a single person though the breakfast area is great

Great location, Shopping and dining close by. Hop on hop off across street. We loved Valencia.

Clean, friendly, centrally located, nice patio outside to spend some time for coffee or a cocktail. Only downside is there is no coffee in the room, only tea I would stay again

The hotel was very nice and clean. Located close to everything I wanted to see. The staff was courteous. I do recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a very good location close to shops restaurants and sights. It has a nice terrace for drinks. Check in was easy, they have luggage storage and will offer to sort you taxis. The room was nice and had a nice view the only downside to it was the beds they were not very comfy and very squeaky if you even rolled over. Did state a double bed but I got singles pushed together with separate sheets.

Good hotel, with nice big rooms, good dining / bar area. It would've been nice to have more tour options and booking via the hotel.

The location was great for the Fallas events.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had the ability to adjust the temperature. The staff provided a recommendation to a great nearby restaurant. The hotel is in easy walking distance to shopping, food, and historical sites. I would recommend this hotel.

Well placed for visiting valencia friendly receptionist and well arranged room. Warm in hotel and room for us but luckily we could open the internal window a little for fresh air. Bed comfy but oddly the quilt didnt have a quilt cover and was simply between 2 bedsheets. Overall great for a weekend stay.

Helped settle the luggage which I couriered over. Thanks for the proactiveness

Filthy rooms, unfriendly staff. Elevators are scary to use.
