I've been here twice, and my first impression was great. It was clean, with good service, even though we checked in quite late. The night guard was also very responsive. Although my room didn't have hot water, it was still understandable. I booked three rooms. This time, I booked two rooms, and the impression has dropped. We booked a family room for four people, and one room only had three beds, even though the booking was clearly for four people. It should have had four beds. It was already late at night and they said the rooms were full and couldn't be changed. Our extra bed was also itchy. The night guard the first time I was there was different from the one I'm staying with now. The bathroom in my room had mold and the walls were peeling. Please fix it. It's really nice because it's close to Malioboro.

The place is close to everywhere, especially Malioboro. A fairly strategic hotel. There are three of us in a room so the room is really nice, a family room. Please improve it, when you enter it is a bit damp, making the room smell unpleasant, although after the AC is on for a long time it doesn't smell anymore. The bathroom is very clean and very big, there is a warmer heater too, the room is clean, thank God so far it is comfortable. Thank you 🫶🏻

Overall everything is satisfactory. Strategic location, right on the side of the road. Not far from the hotel there is a mini market, pharmacy, fast food restaurant, food stalls, angkringan, BRI bank, and market. The hotel parking lot is not too large, but its position on the side of the road makes it easy for guests who bring vehicles. The facilities and services offered are commensurate with the price. Stayed here twice for 150. Noisy room, two twin beds, one open cupboard and a small table. The AC works. Hot water in the bathroom is always available. It is an old hotel, but the facilities are adequate for just a place to rest. Worth the price
