Hospitality is lacking, service is less than friendly. We felt unwelcome because the staff were busy with cafe business. The way we were reminded of check-out time via WhatsApp was also unfriendly. Breakfast was okay. For feedback, they could offer free cereal for small children like the neighboring hotel. Hopefully, Villa Suerte's hospitality can be improved in the future. For now, I prefer the neighboring hotel for its friendliness and exceptional service. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

Nice experience, feel very comfortable and luxury

My first staycation with my husband was a really fun experience. I was thinking about giving it as a wedding gift to my best friend so they could have their honeymoon in Jepara. And surprisingly, my friend was very happy to receive her gift. When I ordered, I just wrote in the app for a special request and was given a greeting card saying happy honeymoon. It was actually given and given a simple decoration on the bed. I was really happy. Thank you, the facilities and service are very satisfying ☺️🫶🏻

The villa facilities are really nice, the view and vibes are like in Bali. It's really beachfront, and what's surprising is the clean white sand beach. You can play canoe as much as you like, there are other activities too. Transportation access is also easy. I thought it would be difficult to find a Grab, but I happened to come here without a private vehicle yesterday. It turned out to be easy, and I still got one. It was fun, the breakfast was also delicious, you can choose the menu. The staff were also friendly. I want to come here again sometime when I come to Jepara.

A comfortable villa to relax with family

When I stayed here, I checked in in the afternoon. However, the villa wasn't private, meaning that people not staying there could enter the villa area. While I was looking for a quiet villa, when I arrived, there were a lot of people taking photos in front of the room, which disturbed my family and I. The beach was dirty when I arrived in the afternoon, but it was clean the next morning, probably cleaned by the villa. The food was pretty average.

All is good, the food prices are too expensive, it would be better if it wasn't too expensive so that people who stay there don't have to go out to find food.

The villa is nice, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is top notch, the service is super friendly, and the room is small but well-organized. This is my son's first time staying at a villa and he felt at home without any drama. The food is quite good, the price is not too high, and the city is not too far away. It's definitely the best recommended.

It's totally worth the ride from Jakarta to Jepara! The owner is a super friendly and fun Caucasian. He really knows the details to make his guests feel comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach is private, and the food is delicious. The facilities are really good for a cottage! Thanks Alan, nice place!

The villa is nice, and the view is equally beautiful. The food tastes average. However, the trash can in the toilet is open and covered in transparent plastic. It's aesthetically pleasing, but it looks a bit dirty, as the tissues thrown there are used in the toilet.

Nice place to have a short staycation

It was very memorable to have a vacation at Villa Suerte, a private beach villa, the owner and staff are very friendly, the room service is good, it smells clean, next time I really want to go back there again, Thank you Suerte, you have been made to fall in love with Jepara 🥰🫶

I usually stay in hotels with a driver and a babysitter and have never had a problem with it from any hotel.. in Suerte I rented a family type with a private pool with a capacity of 4 people but had to pay for 2 extra beds @500k because of the excess of 2 people, isn't it the inconvenience that I bear? But why is it still not allowed and requires to order 2 extra beds rather than ordering 2 extra beds (1 million) it's better for me to just open another room, it seems like they are forcing the other rooms to sell ckckck the rules are too strict even though it's a villa not a hotel.. and the swimming pool water turns out to be sea water and the smell of chlorine makes my child vomit ckckck
