first time during my stay at a hotel, the price of paid towels is not included

Before booking, I confirmed directly to the hotel for swimming pool facilities, and they said there was one. In reality, there was none. They said there was one but it had to be paid for and had to go outside the hotel area (cafe nearby). It would be better for the hotel to open earlier because even if there wasn't one, it wouldn't necessarily be a problem. The restaurant only opens at 15.00. In addition, I saw that there was a family karaoke facility but it wasn't working because the TV was hit by lightning.

If you want to go on holiday to Puncak with your family and then want to go to Diaryland, it's better to stay here, this is a really friendly hotel, especially for a new mom like me, the rooms are super clean in all corners of the hotel, the staff are really friendly, if you want to bring food you can leave it in the refrigerator If you want hot water, you can also get it from the dispenser, I checked in late so I got a room with a view of the garden. If I had checked in at noon, maybe I would have gotten a balcony view with a city light room, I was really satisfied staying here to bring my family, really nice btw I ordered a super cheap family room by app, you must try staying here 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🩷

Didn't expect this good for the price of 500 thousand during Eid holiday, because there was no review on Traveloka. You won't regret booking here, the receptionist and the person who delivered to the room were also very friendly, the room was surprisingly very decent, neat and clean. The hot water for bathing was really good, the balcony was clean, the AC was cold, the atmosphere was comfortable, not noisy. There is a spot for citylight view in front of the lobby. There is a ping pong table and a spacious restaurant. Fried bananas, fried cassava, bandrek and bajigur are delicious, cheap and cheerful. Must come here again, hidden gem for me!
