It was a bit of a slow check in, one of the lights above bed was flickering, which we reported when we checked out. Overall a reasonable stay.

A very comfortable and clean.bed. the room was very clean and cosy. Bathroom very clean and nice Parking on property.easy to park. Manager of motel very pleasant man. Close to Lansell Sqare and Kangaroo Flat shops.

Friendly staff, cheap and cheerful

We were welcomed by the staff and nothing was too much trouble, comfy beds, big bathroom, new kettle, toaster plenty of milk coffee, tea and bikkies. The pool looked nice and clean. Lots of local information if you needed it. Id defently stay here again. The door to the room did get a little stuck but the staff fixed it for us.

Parking was good, heater warm. Manager was amazing. Unfortunately 2 of 3 pumps in shower were empty. Power point under bed needs repairing. Would certainly stay there again

Needing an update. Mattress is well worn, very firm but quite comfortable. Cleaning standards could be better, but an okay stay for the prics

Aircon unit did not work at all, dirty cutlery in drawers, small fridge with freezer iced over, TV does not have all free to air channels, shower slightly dirty. Low flow showerhead. Reception unmanned unless you phone a mobile first. Parking spaces very tight. Friendly proprietor, good towels. Microwave and kettle supplied as well as bowls and cutlery.

its a motor inn so dont expect alot. Ok place for a stop over. The shower could have been cleaner as it had slight mould at the corners and the bed cover and towles were aged.

Reception was unstaffed. Room was dated, but satisfactory. Garden/yard untidy and dying off.

Rooms are clean but gardens and lawns are just a mess. Not what you would expect in this type of business.

The manager of the property was rude and unapproachable when he accused us of booking 4 rooms instead of 3. We had paperwork to prove our side of things and he was adamant and arrogant and would not listen at all. He also charged us more than quoted by Expedia. He relented when Expedia intervened on our behalf. Not good enough. I would not recommend his motel to anyone.

Room was quite tired in need of a update

Dated. Needs renovation. Bed was comfortable.

Room deodoriser was so overpowering like the scent of cheap soap. Left door open to air out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dog next door was a very persistent barker at midnight onwards. Shower dripped & leaked water under recess. No outdoor maintenance lawns, pool, garden beds. Room good size. Free parking Women on reception was friendly & sweet

Very impressed with Hotel Sandhurst. It is a very clean and safe hotel. Hotel Manager Maryam is a delightful and competent young lady who made our family very welcome. We had a wonderful stay at the Sandhurst Hotel.
