Got smelly towels and sheets that didn't look like they were washed (there were chocolate stains) when I first checked in. I immediately told the staff, the staff changed me to another room. The new room was clean. Best 🫡. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was no hotel parking, but the hotel location was very strategic, close to attractions and great places to eat.

everything was satisfactory.. got a smelly room.. asked to change.. the room change process was fast.. 🥰 and got a comfortable and satisfactory room.. alhamdulillah.. the receptionist was also friendly.. ready to serve all customer needs and wants.. alhamdulillah..
