Good service, okay room. Only the bathroom smells a bit, I don't know where it's coming from. Please add some freshener.

The rooms are spacious, but the upstairs rooms have outdoor toilets. The building is old, and the sheets are in need of replacement due to their numerous dirty spots.

Very close to Malioboro, I chose the Yudistira room with a balcony and an outside bathroom, the room and its surroundings were clean.

The room is spacious and neat, I was very happy but unfortunately when I went to the bathroom there was a little unpleasant smell like the smell of urine that was not clean in the toilet area, when I tried the jet shower it turned out the water was very small (I complained to the OB and they said it had been fixed but it was still small), continuing to the shower area (because the bathroom is long so it is quite far from the toilet to the shower) the water was okay but still not as expected. The ceramic floor was not clean, there were still small pieces of tissue waste. And when I turned on the shower it turned out the waste water was not drained smoothly because it was blocked by the filter which had small pieces of trash and hair. In the toilet there should be a small trash can, so it would not be a hassle to carry dirty tissues to the room area because the trash can is in the room. In the room there is no kettle, so if you want to boil water you have to go to the kitchen which can be used together, it should be for the kettle to be prepared in each room so it is not a hassle because you have to go back and forth to the kitchen if you want to drink tea/coffee, especially for the type of room I rented, it is quite expensive in my opinion but the facilities are very lacking, there is also no table tissue, either they forgot or they were not given tissue. In the room there is no TV, only an infocus is provided but you can watch it too, but it is not optimal. The TV is in the area outside the room/living room which can be used together too.

At first I was a bit surprised, this hotel looks really small from the front, but when I entered the room, it was great for that price, there was a cooking area, a stove and equipment, the room was separate from the TV room, an extra bed was provided without paying anymore, I really recommend this hotel, just a short walk to Malioboro, where there were free sweet potato chips snacks and they were delicious too

The hotel is close to culinary spots and a pharmacy. The security guard is very nice and friendly. Perhaps the parking entrance needs a gate or fence for added security.

If you want to explore Malioboro, Bringharjo Market, and the surrounding area, this hotel's location is perfect and strategic—just a short walk away. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel, eliminating the need to enter Malioboro Street and get stuck in traffic. Just a small note: the toilet smells unpleasant. It's not bothersome when the toilet door is closed, but it's quite bothersome when the door is open or you need to use the restroom. Upon check-out, I informed the staff as a review, and they replied that it was due to the heavy rain the previous day. Perhaps this can be reviewed and improved to prevent a similar incident in the future, as even heavy rain shouldn't create such a strong toilet odor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would return if I were to visit the city again, especially if Malioboro and the surrounding area are my destination.

The rooms are very spacious, well worth the price. The location is very strategic for those heading to Malioboro.

I stayed for 3 days and nights.. the hotel facilities were good according to what was shown, the service was quite good, only the soundproofing was not good so in the room you could still hear sounds from outside (someone was chatting in front of the window, the sound of the house next door grinding/building activities, etc.)... apart from that, everything was ok/suitable for the price I paid.

When I got the room, the toilet was broken, which was very dangerous if you sit on something sharp. I stayed there for three nights, and there were mosquitoes every night.

Strategic location.. If you want to go to Malioboro, just walk.. Very spacious parking.. Friendly staff.. Recommended for staying in Yogyakarta.
