The staff is friendly and it is enough to stay for a while to safely get around the Georgetown area.

There is no early check-in. According to the staff, arriving before the standard check-in time will incur an additional charge, so they strictly follow the 3:00 PM check-in policy. If you arrive early, you'll need to wait in the lobby on the second floor. Take note that there is a RM50 security deposit upon check-in, but it will be fully refunded when you check out. Shoes must be left in the second-floor lobby. The bedsheet in my room had ants, although I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. The towels were obviously old, and one of the towels I received even had a hole in it. The electrical outlet in my room wasn't working properly. I discovered a trick to make it work: you need to insert a straw into the top safety shutter while plugging your charger into the lower socket at the same time. That's what I did, and I was able to charge my phone. The bathroom wasn't very clean and also looked quite old, but they do provide complimentary shampoo and body wash. I don't have any complaints about the staff, though. They were all friendly, accommodating, and helpful. That's all.

All is good here. The location is perfect, with many food options available around. Just bad Wi-Fi.

The hotel has a prime location. My room was spotless, cozy, and provided a very peaceful environment. A big thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and professional.

Terrible service here. The room price included taxes and fees. Even after check-in, they still charged a 50 ringgit deposit. I had an 8am flight back to Kuala Lumpur and needed to check out early at 6am, but when I checked out, the staff didn't refund my deposit and said the return time was between 9am and 11am. I've never seen such terrible service anywhere else. Not to mention, the room lacked shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. The towels looked like they hadn't been changed in a long time; the white had turned yellow. The room only had one bed (one large and one small), nothing else. And the reception staff—oh my god, they had such cold faces, not a single smile or greeting! Terrible, absolutely terrible.

Cheap price if you buy through the application. I wanted to add another night manually but the price became higher in the application and even though before I asked I saw the room was still available. The hotel staff turned off the room so I ended up not booking it and checked out to move to another hotel. After I checked out it appeared again online with a cheaper price. But unfortunately I had moved to another hotel with better facilities at the same price. Oh yeah the room was not very clean because there was still women's hair on the floor and at night there were small cockroaches that appeared out of nowhere.

Dirty and noisy. Many ant and little cockroach. Not recommended I can't sleep 🤐.

The doorknob can't be opened. Tried to twist it open, twisted it normally, not violently, but it wouldn't open. When I went to look for the employee, he wasn't there. So I tried twisting it 4-5 more times and the knob came off and went along the wall. The employee asked me to pay 30 ringgit for damages, which is a woman's torque. Will it be so strong that the knob will break? If you don't want it because it's already broken, you're annoyed and don't want to talk to us, then pay the money and they'll come and change the knob. The accommodation does not have good enough assistance. No professionalism

Spacious, clean room, beautiful sea view, convenient location for walking into George Town. Downstairs has a billiard table and fun board games. There is no elevator.
