The hotel is quite unique and sophisticated, with Google Nest technology. I even had to change my pillowcases and bolsters because they smelled musty, but the staff was quite responsive.

Pros: 1. Good and friendly service, friendly security and reception. 2. Clean. 3. Playstations in the lobby, and you can rent them for your room. 4. Industrial-style rooms, uniquely designed with a Kaws statue on the 4th floor and in the parking lot. 5. Water dispensers are available. 6. Rooms are equipped with Google Assistant. 7. Breakfast: There are four breakfast options: 1. Langgi rice 2. Gudeg rice 3. Pecel rice 4. Yellow rice I chose the yellow rice; it was delicious, with an orange drink and jelly. Cons: 1. Poor soundproofing. I woke up at 3 a.m. to a phone alarm from a neighbor's room, and the music from the neighbor's room was playing, which was clearly audible. 2. For quieter locations, and if you want to go to entertainment centers like Malioboro, you'll need to rent a motorbike. Walking is quite tiring, as the distance is about 2-3 km. (There are delicious restaurants in the surrounding area: Cak Korting, Ramen Sugoi, Rocket Chicken.) FYI: Information about damage and loss charges for hotel assets is provided per room, with a list of items that should be damaged or lost. (Those who want to use the amenities might think twice if the charges are already announced.) I don't know if this is an advantage or a disadvantage, haha. This is the first time in my experience staying in a hotel that the damage or loss charges for hotel assets are announced in each room.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's located in the heart of Yogyakarta, the staff is friendly, the security is top-notch, and the cleanliness is excellent.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The receptionist was very nice, the room was quite spacious for a very affordable price, but it wasn't very soundproof. Furthermore, the bathroom had a vent that led to a fairly large hallway. At first, I thought there wouldn't be daily cleaning, but it turns out there is by request. The bathroom was okay, and the LED mirror was very helpful for the girls when touching up. Thank you.

I took the food myself, it wasn't delivered even though I was unemployed.

Overall, it was quite comfortable and clean, but the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and some of the furniture looked worn, making it seem less than clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great and comfortable, very suitable for bringing family, have fun anyway, cheap price, comfortable place.

The security is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, minus the location is near a main road so the noise from vehicles is a bit disturbing.

The hotel is comfortable, the facilities are okay, but the soundproofing is lacking. The noise from the main road is very audible.

The room didn't have a telephone, so if anything happened, you had to go down to the lobby. Toiletries were incomplete, and there wasn't even a shower cap. The toilet leaked and couldn't be used. There was no solution from the hotel. Imagine a broken toilet. I've called the staff but there's no solution. So what if I need a bathroom? There aren't even any public bathrooms on each floor; my friend had to go to the basement for the bathroom.

The facilities are very complete, there is a free PS5 rental😁

Everything is very good and the cleanliness is very satisfying, except for the breakfast, the food is a bit lacking, hopefully it can be improved again🙏🏻

The staff are friendly, from the security guards to the receptionists and housekeepers. The place is comfortable, even though it's on the side of the road, it's not noisy. There's a PS5, and the TV is really big. The AC is cold, and the bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, my husband and I arrived late at night, so we only stayed there for a short time, huhu.

A very nice hotel, 5 stars for the staff and security. My child wasn't shy or afraid, and the New Year's Eve BBQ was truly memorable. Thank you to the hotel staff and security.

The first time I checked in, the room was clean, new, and comfortable. The second time I stayed, I got the same room, but the bathroom smelled awful and wasn't very clean... And the room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear the noise of vehicles outside...
