Everything is nice and comfy,

The staff is very communicative, and before check in already informed when there was a renovation process going on at the hotel, asking if there was anything that could make us more comfortable. In room service is very good. For breakfast there are many choices, and quite enjoyable. Booking 4 rooms got rooms facing each other and close together, so you don't have to go far to gather with colleagues.

Pros:- Location was convenient for me since I had an event at JIEXPO.- Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times: shoutout to Nova at the concierge!- Welcome cookie and complimentary drinking water available.- Hotel is connected to Food Centrum which caters to basic food needs within a safe distance. We enjoyed western from Glosis there.- The room was traditional but kept clean. Lighting in the room can be improved because it was quite dim even with all lights turned on. Cons:- The hotel 's shuttle bus to JIEXPO is not offered at all times listed on the notice board, do check with the concierge which hours are available for booking.- Occasionally there would be a fishy smell in the room hallways.- Room isn't 100 % soundproof, you can still hear people from the hallway and doors closing etc.- Breakfast selection was pretty average. Seating needs to be improved. Tables are packed too close to one another, too narrow to walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and appreciate the kind service provided. 100 % will recommend and return again.

Nice hotel & easy to find the location.

Amazing, the team is great, there was a commotion but the security was quick.

Check in time which should be at 3pm to 3.30pm the room was not ready until I had to keep asking when it would be ready because I had an event at 4. I borrowed cutlery on the first day until I checked out the cutlery did not arrive. I requested a trolley for check out at 11.00am until 12.00am it did not arrive and finally I called again. Hopefully it can improve in the future.

The hotel is nice, has complete facilities and is very strategic, basically it is very comfortable to stay at this hotel.
