My subscription stays when there is a running event at TMIi

Strategically located on the roadside, the cleanliness needs significant improvement. There were numerous stains on the sheets and towels, and only one was provided. The bathroom also smelled. However, the staff provided excellent service. Food can be ordered 24/7.

Worth it for the price. Close to campus.

The bathroom smelled and was dirty, there was no hot water, the towels were awful, the electricity in the building was out, and the room was full of mosquitoes. It was very uncomfortable. I booked this because it was close to TMII during an event.

I'm so sorry, it doesn't match the picture. Shik shak shak when I entered, especially when I was in the room wow! 😭👋 I don't want to come here again.

I've been to the cove 4 times now and this time I had a bad experience😰 even though every time I stayed here I was safe.. the bathroom condition is broken, the shower faucet is broken, the sink doesn't turn on, the shower is very small, the floor is dirty, the water heater is dead😭😭 (before when I stayed here the water heater was always on) a lot of mites came out of the mattress & pillow until they crawled up the wall,, very traumatized, my body is all itchy,, I'm so tired of coming here again😭😭😭 I can't give a bad rating please

When complaining to the hotel staff about there being no water in the toilet and sink, the staff's advice was only to refill using the shower, the room was dirty, the sheets and blankets were dirty, the AC was not cold, there were other people's used clothes in the wardrobe (an indication that the room was not cleaned), there was a lot of rubbish in front of each room, the jammed lock was difficult to remove from the door, the staff could not provide a solution regarding the complaint.

The room was damp, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Suddenly, someone opened the door, but luckily it was locked. They only stayed there for an hour or two.

No TV, dirty pillows, not as pictured. Disappointed.

I only experienced this once. The hotel is not well maintained, honestly, even the sheets have stains, I don't know if they were changed or not. I only got one towel and amenities, and then before checking out, which was still 11:30, the water was already turned off, so after urinating, I just wiped with tissue (my own money). The communal room was also really not well maintained, dirty and messy.

The location is close to TMII, the service is fast, but unfortunately, the neighbors next door are so into karaoke that they don't remember the time, their voices are so loud that they can be heard in the room. I was on the second floor at the time.

The accommodation is strategically located near Taman Mini, and I stayed there because there was an event there. 1. The corridors in the rooms were a bit smelly due to the trash cans in front of the doors (FYI, this is a boarding house with some rooms available for daily rent). 2. The rooms are quite minimalist with en-suite bathrooms. The location on the main road makes it quite noisy at night due to passing vehicles. If you're sensitive to noise, this isn't a good place to rest. The cleanliness of the rooms is also poor; even the sink faucet in my room leaked from the side. 3. We were given towels, and after asking for one, we were only given one with a strong detergent smell. The hot water didn't work, and the bed linens were questionable, as the previous guest had changed them.

Service was slow, the water gallon ran out and wasn't refilled promptly, and there was no one on standby at the front desk. The rooms lacked toiletries and a bath mat. One room wasn't ready when we checked in.

Comfortable, safe, friendly, and clean.

It's nice to have a balcony, but it's dirty because there are a lot of cigarette butts and toilet paper wrappers around the room. Maybe the cleanliness could be improved.

Great, the location is quite convenient for getting everywhere

I initially checked in for two days, but decided to only stay for one, even though I'd already stayed for one. It didn't match the photos in the app. The place wasn't very clean. And the manual check-in process still stuck on my app. Hopefully, things will improve. I feel sorry for the guests in Jakarta, most of whom are from out of town and need a comfortable place to rest.

The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the staff was friendly. There were no issues during our stay.
