There is no AC. At times it was 88 degrees in the room. Everything else was great. It's probably a great place to stay October-March.

Very convenient location, spacious and well appointed. Couple details eg windows latches didn't work properly. 70 steps to walk up were more than expected.

There is no air conditioning. For much of our stay, the room was 30 degrees centigrade. Using the provided fans didn't help much. Leaving the windows open was also not an option as it's located only a few yards from Shaftsbury Avenue and every drunken fool that yells at the top of their lungs at three in the morning. The location was central, right at the edge of Chinatown. But very busy and congested. The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed, but not as heck The staff responded to my queries in a timely manner. The apartments are probably nice October through April.

Nowhere is this apartment described as being right in the middle of Chinatown on a VERY busy and noisy street. Also, I can’t walk well and there were many steps to get to the apartment, with no lift. The only redeeming factor is that the bed was comfortable.

Super convenient flat in the theater district. We fixed breakfast daily in the fully equipped kitchen. Good mobility to get up the stairs is required as no lift is available. May not me air conditioned but wasn’t an issue for us, has operable windows and mobile fans.

Excellent location. Large well equipped apartment.

The location for touring London was very good. Room was clean and nice for the area but access to the hotel was a little confusing and through a smelly courtyard that supported many restaurants. We also heard music from a late night nightclub

Nice big place. Modern, large and clean if a bit dinged up. The entrance hall was a bit dirty with many flyers and mail spilling out of the mail slots. Odd entrance, as you have to walk between tables in Chinese restaurants to get to the front door.

Excellent base in central London. The apartment is clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. The windows are excellent for keeping out the noise. We'd definitely use this apartment again.

Except for unresolved problems with some of the lighting and one door unable to close, it was a perfect stay. The only drawback: it's a steep walkup to the flats.

Centrally located to wonderful shopping, diverse restaurants and bakeries, and the arts. Unit was clean, well appointed, and very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures made the property look brand new but it definitely had some life lived in it (cracked window in the primary bedroom, and scuffs on the walls, etc.). Overall the property was wonderful! The beds were comfortable! The hosts provided laundry detergent and dish detergent so we could wash our clothes and dishes! The location is a 10/10! Close to all of the things and subway stations. We knew we would have to go up a lot of stairs, so that did not bother us one bit! March was the perfect weather so we were very comfortable, temperature wise. We were shoe to check-in early and were super thankful for our stay. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (16 year old, 14 year old, and 11 year old) stay here and it was perfect!

Amazing location!

Amazing apartment. Great location in Chinatown. Close to SoHo, and public transportation. Great bed and shower. Full kitchen was nice.

The room's interior and amenities are new, spacious, and comfortable. It would be perfect if an elevator were available instead of just stairs.

Noise from the street

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. It’s right next to Chinatown and has a bunch of food options and public transportation within walking distance. Our host was also awesome, highly recommend this one.

The apartment was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Location is excellent, with shops, eateries, and transport nearby. Just a note that there is no lift. requires min climbing of 4 flights of stairs so it may not be suitable for everyone. That aside, check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and overall it was a comfortable, fuss-free stay.

We were really blown away by the size and location of this accommodation. It is right in heart of Chinatown and you are steps away from the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was well equipped for what we needed. We had large space to spread out as a family and plenty of common space to hang out as well. I was really happy to have access to the washing machine and clothes rack to refresh our clothes after a couple of days. We loved being so centrally located and the spaciousness of our unit. Here are a couple of things to consider: 1. This location is not for everyone. It is in a very busy spot but the accommodation itself is in a secure place which is accessed through a locked gate which is a shared space with restaurants and other businesses. It is kept very clean and the service workers that use the space are very quiet and respectful of the shared space. 2. The common areas inside the building could use a refresh. Walls are shabby and the carpets are very stained. The hallways smell like food when the restaurants are operating but that did not reach into our accommodation at all.
