Good. A little far from the city center but good.

Went over to visit friends great little apartment situated in a great area 30 minutes walk from the city beautiful walk too or 10 minutes to the local tram stop to whiz you in comfort into the city

Check- in worked well for us, with a lovely 2 bedroom waterfront apartment provided. Amazing views, 25 minute walk into main city centre attractions. The apartment was in a safe, quiet area and was well equipped.

The apartment was very good and location was amazing. Customer support was also very good. In the shower area there are no soap racks to keep soap's or shampoos. We had to keep it on the floor and I think thats not convenient. Also there was no instructions to use the washing machine. It didnt work, so why keep that machine there.

There needs to be more instructions on parking. Also instructions on getti n g to the unit from street or garage At least for building 62 and 63. Also include the hours of parking. We had no idea the garage closed. A parking pass would be beneficial. I would pay a little extra knowing i had acess to parking. The unit itself is nice. Clean and comfortable for a short stay.

The key pick up was a complete mess. Should have had an email on the day with key and apartment location. There was no email and no response to telephone call. Eventually we got in touch with group management, and they managed to guide us over telephone to key location. There was still no details on property location and we eventually found it by asking locals. There should have been directions or a map. When booking we asked about parking and noted we had a person with some disability that required close parking, they assured us there was good parking. In fact the parking garage was 5 floors below the apartment with steep steps up 4 of the floors and only a lift for the last.

Apartment was very nice. Right on one of the harbours. Walk path over the harbour near the park with a 15-20 minute walk to city center

A fine view of Bergen. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable and spacious. The office staff responded readily to my questions. Only 2 things needed, one important and the other far less important: a more detailed map of the streets to get to the apartment building! and a page in the house manual to give instructions on how to use the tv and remotes.

Nice apartment but quite far from the tram/bus stop. Good view of the water and the mountain. Quite area but have supermarket nearby. Apartment was quite big, with 2 bedroom and a lot of space for storage etc. definitely recommend this hotel

Beautiful view, spacious unit It so difficult to check in took us 1.5hours Couldn't locate the unit as indicated on the keys. The block and unit doesn't run in order.

Good and clean place to stay

This is easily the best value accommodation in Bergen and the best value I have found in decades of travel. It's a small two bedroom, one bath apartment with balcony for way less than a minimal hotel. The location is excellent, 25 minute walk to the centre of the city and excellent bus service, too. Line up BLYSS.NO app and you have bus and tram done. Come in October for BIFF 2025 (Bergen International Film Festival). I was here by accident but was able to get to a screening. I have done a lot of travelling in the past 40 years and this is the first place I could move to and live in for a while.

Staff were in informed numerous times that the stove would go into an alarm mode requiring us to trip the breaker to reset. Even maintenance can, the issue was not let resolved. The dishwasher didn’t work, but we never reported it since they couldn’t get the stove to work. Instructions were not left as to where garbage was to go. Again, had to email for instructions. In general, great location but the staff need to prepare instructions to be left in the unit

They changed the address and sent a confusing email about it, if you don't check your email you will be likely to run around the city looking for your apartment like us. Beds are uncomfortable, no headboards. We were sent an email that basically asked us to clean the apartment before leaving which wasted an entire day of our trip to do that. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Great location on the water! Very clean apartment, easy check in. Very quiet building. Was perfect for a couple weeks in Bergen on a business trip.

Will never again take a corporate apartment. Poor directions on finding apartment within complex, No front desk to ask. Poor layout…..2 doors to bedroom, each going to one side only of the bed. Neither washer nor stove working. No dryer. Gave up after two days. They agreed to refund rest of stay fairly readily.

This place is a scam! The unit, once in, is just ok but the posting is deceiving using area landmarks as ‘external’ photos of the premises. False advertising all day long. The actual building is modest, without any views and basic facilities. Not worth the money and have been misled in booking it as advertised, otherwise would never stay there. The booking is cumbersome and requires time to process payment, extras and so on and the check out, rather misterios. The unit is ok and if properly advertised, would price as such and avoid any misleading but for this time would definitely recommend against and also I would want Expedia to verify these properties better before offering them to us.

Don't do it. Communication is minimal and the apartment may not be anything like the photos. In our case, the sofa was too small for an adult. No one returned our calls or messages in a timely manner. The apartment was dirty on arrival. The TV box did not work. There are much better options

Lovely appointment in very nice neighborhood. Nice and safe area.
