The food is very standard, there is very little variety.

Very poor safety, work is carried out while guests are staying all day, from 6 am to 6 pm, it's noisy, dust everywhere, the workers are careless, two of our small children fell and got caught on pipes and rocks that were placed haphazardly, the management doesn't know how to schedule the workers' work with the presence of PAYING guests, reporting to the nearest security guard is only answered with an apology and information that repairs/renovations are needed...very uncomfortable.

Check in on 13/7/25 check out on 14/7/25 for a cold AC room, the room cleanliness is quite good.. DISADVANTAGES/THINGS TO NOTE & IMPROVE: dirty room carpet, torn bath towels, no toothpaste & toothbrush in the room, no Qibla direction sign. for food the taste is quite good for fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, balado anchovies, balado eggplant. The vermicelli is a bit too sweet. for long bean vegetables the taste is just ordinary. the cakes taste quite good. for soto the taste is not salty enough. the food variety is not too much & also when the food is finished it seems like only one addition? because at 8 o'clock there are already several empty food. Road access is a bit complicated, entry is not small. The staff are friendly.

Overall, it's good, the room smells good, the bathroom is clean and fragrant. .only the sound of the water machine behind the joglo type room 3E is really disturbing when resting, the sound doesn't stop.

The staff were all friendly, but the weather wasn't very good at that time, so we couldn't explore much. The water flow wasn't very strong at night, but it was strong in the morning. The breakfast variety was a bit lacking, but it was pretty good. Overall, it was good 👍🏼

The atmosphere is comfortable for a real vacation, there is not much hustle and bustle of people with mothers because the resorts are numerous and spacious.

The hotel staff is friendly. The place is comfortable and the location is easy to reach.

when you first enter you get a joglo at the end of the garden, ask to move rooms quickly, breakfast lacks variety for children's menu, no cereal/chicken porridge fishing is also paid for at 50 thousand/person even though you stay overnight and bring your own fishing equipment, where are the fish, all baby fish, not really worth it

In the area near the lake there are benches like on the beach, a comfortable place to look for inspiration.

the staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, good vibes, instagrammable, the food is delicious and there is an additional bbq for 300k for 4 people, it was the cheapest, for breakfast it tastes good but simple & not many choices, the price is affordable, suitable for a vacation with family.

Location on the outskirts of Bogor, slightly into the forest area/remote settlement. Resort area complete with restaurant, cafe, and pool. Because the large area uses buggy car for mobilization but when checkin/checkout time is too crowded, even if there is a queue it does not guarantee the order. SERVICE VERY NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED! lunch at Rumah Kaca for an event before check in the menu served was not according to order and without confirmation, FO call from the room to call the buggy car was not connected/not answered, dinner at the Santorini cafe reservation at 7 was ready to eat but was only prepared and served at 8 o'clock wanting to add other menus many were not available, at breakfast at 8 am the menu was out of stock/not refilled (was it not estimated and prepared for a number of guests staying?). We made a reservation directly from sales for an event of 50 pax with full payment. Added a room from Traveloka because the sales info was that the room was fully booked.

For the price and facilities are quite satisfying, the resort is still new for about a year and is still under construction. The room is comfortable, only the bathroom lights are a bit dim, it would be better to make it brighter in my opinion. Access to the location has a narrow road for 4-wheeled vehicles, you have to be careful. During breakfast, the staff were overwhelmed, there were many guests but there were not enough staff. Hopefully the team can coordinate again. And I noticed that there were children from local residents who could enter the area while cycling. It is better for the security of the resort area to be made sterile so that guests feel more comfortable.

Easy access by car, this hotel is good and complete for those who already have children, it's just a shame to be like "oh never mind", because there is no smoking ban in the pool area, where there are many children around. The only good breakfast is the egg omelet, and that is limited and it's a shame to have breakfast in the pool area, so the children can swim while eating, so it's dirty, bro. And hopefully in the future it can be better and the hotel will be more advanced 🙏🏼.

The second time I went to Dswah and tried the Joglo room but it was lacking. The lights were not bright enough, the soap dispenser was hard to find, the stones in the bathroom seemed to have no function, instead they blocked the water flow so bacteria grew. Maybe the stones could be removed. The lights in the bathroom could be brighter. There were no chairs or tables on the terrace 😁
