바다 이뻤어요~ 편허게 잘 묵다 갑니다

Compared to number of units in this property, the number of elevators are so few, so we need to wait for about 5minutes to get destination, they need either increase capacity of the elevators or number of units of elevators.

Check in was easy, the staff was very nice and kind. Room was more spacious than I thought. It was clean and had a great view. I would definitely come back to this place when I visit Sockcho again.

All good, except for the “Elevator” situation

Didn’t like their elevator capacity, parking capacity and room supplies

This hotel is new but the quality of facility is built with cheap as possible. You will spend more time waiting for elevator ( horrible). Seriously lack of manpower to make up your room, stayed four nights and they only cleaned room once. Overrated and priced. Look for another hotel.

Newer hotel, clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to various tourist sites. Bus stop is close to the hotel. The only concern we had was that the elevators took so long to get to our floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. The designated floor(10th or 11th) for people with a dog is little bit stinky.

The room was clean with a beautiful view. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo in the room. The wait for the elevators during busy times could be very annoying. During check out we waited for 20 minutes and then decided to ride the elevator up to already be in the elevator to go down to the lobby. The lobby on the 6th floor was very nice and spacious. I was traveling with two kids and the play room was very helpful. It says there is a cafeteria and restaurant and there were neither as far as I ever saw. There was a coffee shop, but that was it.

The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. The hotel needs to reprogram the elevator control software to reduce waiting time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The city view had beautiful ocean view.

Parking area is no sufficient

Convenient location, very clean and spacious. Only 2 elevators are used per floor taking forever and almost always full. Parking lot gets chaotic on weekends.

Met expectations, pet friendly, free parking, room is very clean, ocean view. 👌 highly recommend hotel.

We experienced two incidents of blackout at night. Their staff unable to give us why those incidents happened. We did not feel safe. Also, we felt unsure if it is worthy for staying here as the way they communicate between their staff and to their customers was not professional, way below par. Don’t be deceived by their newly built property. Their quality of service needs to be addressed seriously.

매우 깨끗해서 이용 하기 좋았습니다~~^_^ 1층에 편의점도 좋아요!
