Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very central to city nightlife and just a short walk from the train station.

St Patrick day so a little noisy. Room quite small but excellent value for money.

Great location with bars, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The hotel was smart and looked great! Room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the tyne

Small poky room, tbh a Premier Inn is better. Totally over priced for what it is. Reception staff were great, but others would make eye contact, moved to let them pass on the stairway not a thank you, kiss my arse or anything. Finally a fire alarm on Sunday morning before 10am (false alarm) without an apology really left us feeling very underwhelming. Considering the number of hotels in the area, I would try some where else next time.

The reception staff weren't very informative. We had two rooms for two nights and both cards stopped working after one night. The rooms were clean but basic. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The location was perfect for the theatre, market, shops etc.

Excellent location. Plenty of pubs right outside the front door. Lots of dining options and the hotel has a nice lobby and bar area.

The hotel was really close to the theatre we were at which was great and close to the shops. The room was clean and tidy but the air conditioning did not work and was blowing out hot air instead! The breakfast was continental only and a little disappointing.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Nice hotel in a good location
