The location is great, very convenient to go anywhere, and the area is lively. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk service is excellent.

There are staff who speak Thai, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent – perfect for sightseeing. The downsides are the thin walls (I got a room at the end of the hallway, so it was noisy and I couldn't sleep well), and the air conditioning was extremely cold (I tried adjusting it, but it stayed the same). The instructions on the AC were in Chinese, which were confusing to translate.

I loved the location. It's in the Ximeng area, so you can walk out and explore easily. There's a delicious Mala hotpot restaurant across the street, or you can walk to Mr. Ho's for souvenirs. On the way back, if you have a lot of shopping, the hotel can call a taxi for you, which was very convenient. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. One of the male staff members spoke a little Thai, which made me feel really welcome. We booked an economy double room. The bathroom was a bit small, but the bed was soft and comfortable. 👍👍👍

I love the location, near everywhere want to go. The reception very nice. The room is so clean and comfortable. If i go back there, this place is No.1 i’d like to stay🫶🏼🫶🏼

Location was superb! Service was good, staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities is so so, but understandably. Perhaps they can improve the room cleanliness. I can smell some bad odor from my room whenever I entered.
