The female receptionist (I think her name was Phuong) was very lovely. I was very satisfied with her assistance upon checking in; she was enthusiastic and extremely attentive. I even received a free room upgrade. What was particularly surprising was that in the heart of the city, there was a hotel surrounded by greenery and gardens, creating a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. The only minor drawback was that the hot water tap in the shower wasn't adjustable, so the shower was a bit cold. Next time my child takes an exam at the Conservatory, I will definitely come back. Overall, everything from the staff to the room quality was excellent for me.
