We arrived at the hotel when it was raining. The staff was confused about directing the parking lot and there were no umbrellas. My family and I were wet when we arrived at the lobby. In the morning, the water in the bathroom was not running. We were not offered to choose a smoking/non-smoking room. We got a room that smelled of cigarettes. The service should still be able to be improved.
