My mom and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is very strategic, close to Gleneagles where my mom had her MCU, close to Pulau Tikus market to enjoy the local breakfast, and very close to the beach park as well. The room is very clean; they do the housekeeping every day as long as you put the sign on the door knob. We will definitely try this hotel again when back to Penang.

The room is so big for a family room. It's so clean and tidy. Also, there is a water dispenser for refilling mineral water. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. Thank you 💛

The room is clean & comfortable, the facilities are really good, there is a complete hot water, there is also a refrigerator to store food & a relaxing place on the terrace is also beautiful to see the view of George Town. The location is very strategic in the city center, you can easily reach malls, offices, hospitals & restaurants, it's really fun. The receptionist & security team are very friendly & caring. The check-in process is fast, a MYR 100 deposit is required. The hotel is clean and close to everything, just a short walk to Gurney Mall.

Great hotel, great location, great rooms, great service. Perfect, great, clean, and friendly service. Prime location, close to Gurney Mall, Paragon Mall, and the hospital for check-ups.

The location in the quiet and tree-lined Gurney area is great. The rooms are clean, and I had a room overlooking Gurney Bay. It's also close to restaurants and shopping malls. If I have the chance to visit Penang again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The location is excellent, on a busy street, but with a classic feel. We booked a triple room facing the street, and everything was perfect. It was clean and spacious. However, it turned out the room faced the prayer hall, so we were startled awake by a loud noise at dawn. Yeah... that was enough to disturb our comfort.

Nice hotel, 7 min from Island Hospital. Clean and spacious room, clean bedsheet, water heater works properly.

The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. The bathroom was clean, and the water heater was good, but the bathroom door was quite heavy. It's quite difficult for seniors to open. There's a balcony with a beautiful city view, and there's a mosque across from the hotel.
