I booked a room through the app but I contacted in advance and called for a long time before I heard back and then told me that the receptionist had misjudged the price and then canceled the room. I asked them to refund the money and they said they told Traveloka to refund about a day later. I called again but they didn't answer.

Actively contacted from 12pm to see how the room was checked in, no one answered the phone, waited until 2:35pm still couldn't contact, traveled a long distance and was tired, waiting to check in was really annoying, unprofessional, don't understand waiting 40 minutes from the time checked in 2pm but no response, no contact, travel support response was also slow, said to wait 15 minutes, 30 minutes and no one connected, really

The service was great, the staff were really helpful, they met at the entrance and also saw me off, helped with the luggage.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. All staff were able to help with any question and assisted with travel arrangements and business requests.

40th floor apartment, airy with city view but not too noisy. Studio room is not large but has enough furniture to use. Comment is ok

Our flight was delayed another 3 hours and as a result, we arrived at the hotel nearly 1:00 a. M. It was good that they were still waiting for us even though we were so late. The landlord is very thoughtful in preparing reception and support staff to come to the room, cleaning every small detail, making me feel that they really appreciate their customers and their work. The view is also a worth mentioning point as this apartment faces directly to the lake and is not noisy like the apartments I have stayed in before because it faces the main road. I feel like their service attitude is really good and I highly recommend this place

The apartment has soft bed sheets which is suitable for me but the 20th floor is blocked with other buildings so the view is not very nice. There are 2 towels available but the owner should have 2 more if the guest needs more. Everything is ok

The room is on the 31st floor, not noisy, with a view of the lake. There is a shopping and dining center downstairs, convenient. The bed is comfortable, but the air conditioner is a bit slow to cool, probably out of gas. I reported it to the apartment owner and was supported very quickly, only 30 minutes after reporting, someone came to check and fix it.
