after I booked this hotel, I wasn't immediately given the pin. while to be able to enter the room you have to use a pin & there was no guard on duty. about an hour sitting on the floor in front of the room, before finally someone from the next room came out of the room & helped us to be able to call the owner with his cellphone & use Japanese. don't know if the fault is on the hotel / traveloka. because other guests booked through air bnb were immediately emailed the pin. the room is narrow, the roof is very close to the top bed. but it's quite clean.

Best facility like a hotel. Comfort and easy access to Ikebukuro station.
