I didn't have time to stay at this hotel because when I arrived, the receptionist said that the hotel rooms were full (even though I had already gotten a room through an online reservation at app). It was a loss for me because this accommodation could not refund and return my money. After 1 hour of arguing with the receptionist, finally the receptionist was willing to refund my money in cash (because the system cannot refund through the application).
