The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel lacked hot water for making baby formula. Room service isn't available 24/7. The bathroom was already covered in yellow scale and needs to be cleaned better.

Staff ramah, sayangnya di hotel tidak ada air panas untuk buat susu anak. Mau memesan room service juga tidak 24 jam. Untuk kebersihan kamar mandi sudah berkerak kuning, harus lebih baik lagi.
