For the first time taking the kids to sleep in a tent, so we looked for something less extreme. We got the camping experience, but here there is a water heater so when they take a shower it is still safe, not cold. When we arrived here, it was raining heavily but we were helped by the security guard to the tent. Each tent has a fence and a bathroom is in each plot. We ordered a Superior Tent, the bed is comfortable, clean, there are 2 chairs & 1 table, complete bathroom amenities, electric kettle, mineral water, tea, coffee, etc., there is also wifi (but we didn't use it, so I don't know how good it is), got 2 tickets to the hot spring pool, breakfast for 2 people. At night you can ask to light a campfire too, they said just inform the FO if you want it lit. But since the rain only stopped around 8, we chose to cook outside the tent. It seems like the next time it will be more fun if we come here together, there are rooms like barracks for 10 people or more. Thank you Green Hill Park Ciwidey. Because it was their first family camping experience here, the kids were hooked on camping again.

In short, it's a really nice atmosphere to bring your family.

Finally, I got the chance to camp without any hassle during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday. Green Hill Park offers comfort, hospitality, and complete camping facilities. It's the perfect choice for a vacation surrounded by nature. The staff is friendly and helpful. I suggest changing the bedsheets and pillowcases before the next guest checks out, not just spritzing them with air freshener. Overall, I had a memorable experience here. Availability: Rooms are often full because the place is comfortable. Rooms: For all tents a little dirty with moss, suggestions can be cleaned regularly. Staff: Super duper friendly, fast response 24 hours, even in chat they reply quickly. Food: Very tasty, everything is clean and warm, suitable for the very cold atmosphere. Tourist attractions: It is very good, suggestions for strawberry gardens and bee farms should be given more attention and if possible add fauna to make it more exciting.

What is certain is that the staff is friendly and the reception is reliable as requested, I have stayed here twice, next trip I will stay again at Green Hill Park

This cabin was perfect for a healing getaway surrounded by nature. The space is incredibly cozy with a beautiful green view, charming hammock, smart TV, and excellent bathroom facilities including a hot tub and high-tech toilet. No AC needed, the natural temperature was pleasantly cool with a heater provided for comfort. I would say it fits four people but The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. While shuttle service is available, we preferred walking around the peaceful property. Minor notes: Technically sleeps 4, but the sofa bed is on the smaller side so 3 people would be more comfortable. The towels and linens felt damp with a slight smell (likely from humidity, better storage might help), and breakfast was just okay, nothing special. These small issues didn't take away from an otherwise rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend if you're seeking a peaceful nature escape with thoughtful amenities and attentive service.

It might just be a bit noisy when there are vehicles coming from the main road, otherwise it's good.

staff are friendly, but could improve the cleanliness of cabin, because i found spider web inside cabin. also they need to refill the soap dispenser before guest check in. the hot water shower only lasted 5 second before it is turn cold and freezing. information about breakfast should be provide clearly and the portion quite small

The Superior Tent glamping experience was quite impressive, with excellent facilities. It was very cool, close to Kawah Putih/Ranca Upas, and a beautiful view of the tea plantations was available at the top. Thank you 🌳🌲

The location is not far from the main road. Stayed in a standard tent without breakfast because I brought my own supplies. The tent was in a good position, allowing sunlight to reach the tent in the morning. The free access to the soaking pool was satisfying, the water was quite hot, and the children's pool was barely warm. The toilet facilities in the tent were lacking; the flush on the toilet didn't work, so it couldn't be flushed. When we arrived in the afternoon, the water was dirty. I was also a bit annoyed by this black caterpillar-like creature crawling on the mattress and inside the tent. The location was next to another guesthouse that was holding a gathering. Luckily, it rained, so they canceled the event.

standard tent type includes bf + hot spring pool. The tent is enough for 2 adults & 1 adult (twin bed), spacious parking, 24-hour reception. Arriving at the location in the afternoon towards evening, the tent is ready, just wait a moment and the staff will take you there, there are many bathrooms, there is also hot water. The weather at night is very cold, the camping area is brightly lit with lots of lights so it's not scary even though it's in the middle of the forest, order firewood for 25 thousand / bundle, next to the reception there is a mini market for those who don't have time to buy snacks (the price is a bit pricy). Breakfast is fried rice, fried vermicelli, soy sauce chicken, the taste is really good, seasoned (not bland), the restaurant is near the entrance, spacious & cozy. Suitable for school holidays because it is complete with children's activities such as ATV / strawberry picking. Oh yes, across from the campsite there is a roasted corn stall, 15 thousand / pcs, okay for a fun night. Thank you

A great place to experience the camping vibes with a large group of friends or family. The facilities are also great.
